By accessing or using the FlyingExtract API and related services ("Service") provided by Flying Stars Informatics (P) Ltd. ("Company," "we," "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not use the Service.

FlyingExtract is an API service that extracts article content from web pages and returns structured data. The Service acts as a tool operated at your direction; it does not independently select, curate, or publish any content.

3. User Responsibilities and Lawful Use

You are solely responsible for how you use the Service. By using FlyingExtract, you represent and warrant that:

• You have the legal right and authorization to access and extract content from any URL you submit to the Service.
• Your use complies with all applicable local, national, and international laws and regulations, including but not limited to copyright, data protection, and privacy laws.
• You will respect the terms of service, robots.txt directives, and any access restrictions of the target websites you scrape.
• You will not use the Service to extract content that you do not have permission to access, reproduce, or distribute.
• You will not use the Service in any manner that infringes upon the intellectual property rights of any third party.

4. No Guarantee of Accuracy

The Service extracts and processes content on a best-effort basis. We make no representations or warranties regarding the accuracy, completeness, reliability, or timeliness of the extracted data. Content is provided "as is" and "as available." You acknowledge that extracted content may contain errors, omissions, or formatting inconsistencies, and you are responsible for verifying the accuracy of any data obtained through the Service before relying on it.

5. Copyright and Intellectual Property Disclaimer

FlyingExtract does not claim ownership of any content extracted through the Service. All extracted content remains the intellectual property of its respective owners.

We are not responsible for any copyright infringement, trademark violation, or other intellectual property disputes arising from your use of the Service. You assume all risk and liability for ensuring that your extraction activities do not violate the rights of content owners or any applicable laws. The Company shall not be held liable for any claims, damages, or legal proceedings resulting from your extraction or use of third-party content.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Engage in any activity that is illegal or violates the rights of others.
• Harass, abuse, or harm any person or entity.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems, networks, or data beyond the scope of the Service.
• Transmit malware, viruses, or any other malicious code through the Service.
• Overwhelm or disrupt target websites through excessive or abusive request volumes.
• Resell, redistribute, or sublicense the Service without our prior written consent.

7. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the Service. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Company, its directors, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, business opportunities, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the Service. In no event shall our total aggregate liability exceed the amount you have paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
